TRAIN With The FVMILY

For those that have trained in the last 30 days, please make note of the following:

After registering for your classes, you receive emails that contain a FVMILY CODE. Make sure to keep the email and/or make note of the code as it will be required to train with The FVMILY during the time periods that we are not accepting new/more clients.

Saturday Open Gyms will remain open to everybody at all times. 

Weekday Classes

T.R.A.P. Fitness utilizes a weight lifting approach that focuses on sculpting muscles through full-body workouts. Classes take place in small group settings to ensure that everybody gets hands-on assistance. The duration of classes is anywhere between 60 and 75 minutes.

We prioritize resistance training but we also realize the importance of cardiovascular health. On Wednesdays and Fridays, we end our weight lifting sessions with 10 to 12 minutes of conditioning.

Saturday Open Gym

Open Gyms are a unique opportunity to train when you want, how you want. Start your Saturday off with a good lift and great vibes at your favorite gym!

Hours of Operation: 9a-12p

BEGINNER FRIENDLY

Beginner classes are a great introduction to resistance training. We highly recommend starting with this class if you are relatively new to resistance training, have taken an extended amount of time off, or have never trained with us. It is our desire and priority to assist you and these classes allow us to do so as they are they provide the foundation necessary to successful long-term with us!

 

MONTHLY PACKAGE

March Monthly Package (Mar. 5th – Apr. 1)

We offer two monthly packages, both of which are unlimited!
Our weekday monthly package includes all Monday through Friday classes. For $25 more, you can have access to weekday sessions and Saturday Open Gyms/Events.

Weekday Monthly Package = $175

Weekday & Saturday Monthly Package – $200

Once you have purchased your package, you will receive a promo code within your email confirmation allowing you to sign up for your classes of choice on a weekly basis.

There are no prorated charges and the price of each monthly package remains the same regardless of longer or shorter months.

Payments are non-refundable.
